How do I order from your collections?

If you would like to order from our signature suites, simply place an order for the quantity required.

Once your order has be submitted, you will be contacted requesting all the information required to create your personalised wedding stationery.

Can I customise the suite?

Absolutely! Everything can be customised from fonts to finishing touches.

How do I start the bespoke design process?

Looking for something truly unique? The first step is to get in touch with us via email. We can then work on bringing your vision to life.

What are your lead times?

The current lead time for wedding stationery is between 2 and 4 weeks.

What delivery service is used?

All wedding stationery orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked24.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No - there is no minimum order. We appreciate weddings vary in size but are all equally special.

Can I order a sample?

Yes. If you would like to order a sample, please order 1 of each item you would like. This will give you a feel for the quality of the finish of our designs.

Do I get a mock-up/proof to approve?

Yes. A mock-up image will be emailed to you for approval. This gives you the opportunity to ensure the designs, text and layout are exactly as you wish.

How do I make payment?

If ordering online, payment is taken through our website.

If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please email us.
